Yarn spinning: the foundation the socks are built on.
For 40 years, Shahzad Textile Mills Limited has manufactured and exported yarn from three independent spinning units — the same expertise that now feeds the socks division.

Machinery & quality control
Spinning runs on equipment from Trützschler (Germany), Toyoda (Japan), Rieter (Switzerland), Murata (Japan), and Schlafhorst (Germany), with in-house gas-fired power generation for continuous 24-hour production. Quality is tracked through frequent sampling and testing, including an HVI-900 for raw cotton grading.
